Clover’s independent team announced
Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore MP has announced the team of candidates she will lead to the City of Sydney election in September.
Current Councillors John McInerney, Marcelle Hoff and Phillip Black will seek re-election under the registered political party, the Clover Moore Independent Team.
Councillor Robyn Kemmis will not be contesting, who joined the Independent Team in 2004.
The other members standing on Cr Moore’s ticket include the vice-chair of the Victoria Park Community Group, Di Tornai; lawyer Robert Kok, chair of the City’s Chinese New Year Advisory Group; business owner and president of the Darlinghurst Business Partnership Andrew Duckmanton; live entertainment campaigner John Wardle; and Glebe local Lesley Lynch.
