It’s quite apparent why this theatrical gem, which is currently on an 18 month world tour and seen by over 1 million people worldwide, has had sold out seasons whenever it’s played.

Described as a ‘supercharged urban circus’, traditional acts have been replaced by BMX, basketball, breakdancing and acrobatic acts, performed by five young award-winning artists and athletes from Indonesia, Belgium, New Zealand, and Australia.

The show explores all forms of rotation, physical endurance being pushed to the limits as these talented performers strut their stuff, wooing audiences with their spectacular tricks and stunts that defy belief.

Initially it seemed strangely unconventional watching a ‘sporty circus’ style of show on stage with athletes performing stunts with BMX bikes and basketballs, but intrigue and bewilderment quickly set in as audiences enthusiastically anticipated the next act.

Music is pivotal to the performance, with two musicians on keyboards and drums providing atmospheric musical accompaniment that also enhanced the excitement. Rap sessions cleverly dispersed throughout as musical interludes, more aptly musical fillers, allowed critical rest periods for the performers in between each act.

This ‘street circus on stage’ ticked all the right boxes and entranced audiences were wild about it, showing their love for the production with rapturous clapping and cheering. Audience interaction was encouraged, compounding the up close and personal feel to the show which was also enhanced by the playful and comedic style of presentation.

Spectacular video projections and the clever lighting design also heightened the visual aspect of the show, fusing with all the other elements to provide a thoroughly entertaining distraction from the pressures of everyday living.

A three hour show has been condensed into this spectacular sixty minutes of fun, laughter, and edge of your seat excitement, which is suitable for all ages!
