Renowned funny man Tom Gleeson is set to step foot in Sydney again for his brand new show Good One.

For a remarkably witty and charismatic guy who even recently supported legendary comic Louis CK, Gleeson says: “I don’t feel funny for every waking moment of my life.”

“It turns out, everyone seems to find me funny, and they pay to see it.

“Everyone goes, hey, that’s hilarious, I would’ve never thought of that…” he continues drily.

When asked about what’s in store for the new show, Gleeson says he’s found inspiration in his new role as a father.

“I’ve had a child, and I see my parents in a new light.”

He’s also got a few surprises in store for us.

“The scoop is, my mother does a spot during my show.”

Good one.
