THE PARIS LETTER

THE PARIS LETTER

Written by Jon Robin Baitz, the creator of the hit American TV series Brothers and Sisters, The Paris Letter tells the tale of a complex and dangerous affair, moving from New York in the 1960s, to enchanting present-day Paris. The play will challenge existing attitudes about sexuality and will expose some of the hidden desires we so often try to suppress. Which sounds about right for what is the main theatre production for the 2012 Mardi Gras, starring a host of local talents: musical theatre and TV acting veteran Peter Cousens, Susie Lindemann and up-and-comer Damian Sommerlad (who you might recognise from our recent interview in the lead-up to the RAW Comedy heats.)
