Gird Your Loins: Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally Are Coming To Vivid 2025

Sitcom superstars and delightfully sexed up duo, Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally will be gracing the ICC stage at this year’s Vivid.
While they’re most loved for their work in film and television, with Offerman as Parks and Recreation’s loveable grump Ron Swanson, and Mullally, as Will & Grace’s iconic Karen Walker, the pair have teamed up creatively over the last 25 years as authors, podcasters, and more.
This is the first time that the real-life couple will be appearing in a live, on stage, in-conversation- and with their track record, anything could happen.
Moderated by radio and television broadcaster Zan Rowe, Offerman and Mullally will give insights into how they have shaped their careers as multi-hyphenate artists as individuals, get candid on what it takes to collaborate as both creative partners and spouses, as well as celebrate how their work intersects with their activism within the LGBTQIA+ community and across environmental issues.
“There’s gonna be some canoodlin’”
“Megan and I are powerfully chuffed to get back to town for Vivid Sydney but also to reprise our lovemaking session atop the Sydney Harbour Bridge,” Offerman said.
“Once we have recharged those particular batteries, we’ll be thrilled to transfer our slatternly energies to the Vivid Sydney audience. Come for the anecdotes and the burlesque lust in our every turn of phrase, then get stretched out before you get home, because there’s gonna be some canoodlin’.”

“We couldn’t let Vivid Sydney take place this year without treating visitors to a masterclass in comedy. Nick and Megan are one of the funniest couples alive, and this conversation is set to be equal parts unpredictable and hilarious,” said Vivid Sydney Festival Director, Gill Minervini.
The pair are appearing as part of Vivid Sydney’s Global Storyteller series, bringing together the world’s brightest minds and creative leaders to provide new forms of creative exchange and interactive engagement. They join a stellar lineup of celebrities and creatives coming down under for Vivid, including Martha Stewart, Jane Fonda, and Nigella Lawson.
Look out, Sydney Harbour Bridge.
