Global pop sensation Robbie Williams is set to touch down in Australia for his highly anticipated XXV Tour. The newly announced special guest joining Williams on tour is fellow British singer-songwriter Gaz Coombes.

Known for his frontman role in Britpop band Supergrass, Coombes now primarily performs solo. In 2019, he was nominated for the UK and Ireland Mercury Music Prize.

Over the last couple of years, Coombes has also performed a series of Supergrass reunion shows. The band played an impressive set at the Glastonbury Festival in 2022 and performed alongside the Foo Fighters and other artists at Wembley Stadium.

Earlier this year, Gaz Coombes released his fourth solo album, Turn The Car Around. The Guardian described this album as one of the best English rock albums in 20 years, containing gorgeous, heartfelt, and intoxicating new songs. The album also received more rave reviews from critics and fans.

The upcoming tour will be the first time Gaz Coombes has performed down under since 2018, having sold out each East Coast show.
