A Burlesque extravaganza starring Australia’s own Rhonda Burchmore is coming to Sydney this November. The Parisian-themed performance will feature first-class entertainers and bejewelled dancers to showcase a daring beauty on stage.
Cabaret De Paris will feature a range of talents, including adagio dancers, aerial pole artists, illusionists, and comedy circus performers. The show’s highlight will be the famous French Cancan Dancers, celebrating an old-fashioned showgirl glamour.
The charming leading lady has made a name for herself by performing all over the world. Burchmore has set foot on the West End in London, Broadway in New York, and has returned home for shows at the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Myer Music Bowl.
Ever since she was a little girl, it has been Burchmore’s dream to become a glamorous showgirl. Now, she has the chance to grace the stage in Cabaret De Paris and guide the audience through a spectacular show.
Burchmore will be joined on stage by Australia’s most talented showgirls, who have appeared in Moulin Rouge, the Lido, and other French cabaret performances. Joining these dancers will be renowned illusionist and Australia’s Got Talent finalist Michael Boyd. He will be responsible for the show’s most incredible illusions, on-stage appearances and disappearances, adding a magic element to captivate the audience.
