Situated in an elegant 1930s style building, Apollo has created a stylish, minimalist twist for a well-loved food. If you only have time for one thing on the menu, make sure it is the ouzo-marinated watermelon with pineapple granita. Or the king prawns. Or the slow cooked lamb.
