The wizard and the witch? Bert Newton, in character as the Wizard of Oz from the Broadway musical Wicked, joined Lord Mayor Clover Moore last Friday evening to cast Town Hall and the Capitol Theatre in a ghostly green light, the colour of the Emerald City of Oz.
