Telling tails of pets and their owners

They say never work with children or animals, but a new exhibition at the Museum of Sydney ignores that advice, capturing our love of dogs, cats and all creatures great and small.
Tails of the City will be launched today at the Museum of Sydney by Channel 10’s Dr Chris Brown, who will share the spotlight with some four-legged friends.
Tails of the City is the first major exhibition to explore the bond between pets and their owners and features a series of colour portraits, along with more than 60 historic snaps from private and public collections.
Tails of the City also looks at the billion dollar pet industry and the range of products and services now available from pet cafes to pet day care and dog beer.
