Santas run for charity

Over 1,500 Santas hit the streets of Sydney last Sunday for the second instalment of the annual Variety Santa Fun Run.

The event raises money for children’s charity Variety and participants make the five kilometre run from Darling Harbour to the Sydney Opera House in full Santa attire.

Last year the run raised over $100,000 to help children in need. The charity does not limit itself to one area and supports children suffering from 74 different conditions.
