RED RATTLER’S 3RD BIRTHDAY
Sydney’s favourite not-for-profit rodent, the artist-run and activist-minded space Red Rattler in Marrickville, is blowing out a big three candles this week with an even bigger fundraising bash. A host of irregularly named DJs and performers are gathering for the cause – included Seymour Butz, Betty Grumble, FEVA and Glory Hole – and entry damage is on a cough-up-what-you-can-handle basis. All profits will go towards paying for a part time manager of this factory-cum-theatre, so you know the coins will be well spent. Head along on Friday 27th to paint the town red and support a good cause all at once. (AB)
