After lying dormant for 30 years, the heritage-listed Griffiths Tea building was brought back to life by Chin Chin’s boundary-pushing style of eating, experimentation, expression, and defying dining traditions. With a philosophy that eating and drinking should be both fun and relaxing, Chin Chin aims to overload their guests’ so they can’t help but come back for more. Their menu is inspired by South East Asian dishes, with a spotlight on Thai food. Located in Surry Hills and only a 10 minute walk from Central station, Chin Chin is a must for any Sydneysiders interested in South East Asian food.
