The ultimate arena rock musical, Bat Out of Hell – The Musical arrives in Australia in 2023.
The show features Jim Steinman’s and Meat Loaf’s biggest hits and has wowed critics and the public alike all over the world.
Bat Out of Hell, Meat Loaf’s debut album from 1977, holds the record as the highest selling album in Australia and was named by Rolling Stone as one of the “Greatest Albums of All Time”. Likewise, the stage musical is sure to be a hit across Australia.

According to the New York Times, Jim Steinman’s Bat Out of Hell – The Musical is “guaranteed to tap into every playgoer’s inner rock god”! And if the Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical and the countless nominations for the WhatsOnStage Awards (not to mention repeatedly sold out shows) are anything to go by, this musical is sure to please any rock-lover.
