MOVIE: RESIDENT EVIL AFTERLIFE
The latest release based upon the zombie slaying video game franchise, Resident Evil: Afterlife has hit cinemas with full 3D force. Once again set out to destroy the evil Umbrella Corporation, Alice (Milla Jovohich) finds herself amongst a group of survivors wanting to relocate to the mysterious and unharmed safe haven ‘Arcadia’. Naturally things are never as simple as they initially appear and the group begin fighting for their lives in order to reach safety. It’s all popcorn fodder, but it’s just the type that almost demands you to sit down, switch off your brain, and let the surprisingly efficient 3D effects take over your senses. After all, what more can you want from a zombie film? (AG)
