HORRIBLE BOSSES

Horrible Bosses, the latest adult comedy to hit cinema screens begs the question – what do you do when you really hate your boss? Kill them of course! So is the basic premise as Nick (Jason Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) hit breaking point with their careers and vow to murder each other’s employer. What ensues is comedy gold as the trio struggle with the task and naturally end up in way over their heads. With a solid A-list cast (especially Jenifer Anniston in a refreshingly varied turn) and an entertaining premise, Horrible Bosses is never short on laughs. It may not be an instant classic, but this could very well end up becoming one of best comedies this year. (AG) ***1/2
