GLASSER – INTERIORS
The sophomore album from Cameron Mesirow aka Glasser engulfs the listener in wonderfully soft vocals and reverie-inducing sounds.
The overall tones are otherworldly and provide an ambiance that is hard to define, yet the vocals provide a focal point.
There is no better example than fourth track Forge, which is four and a half minutes of pure bliss.
Exposure is another inspired track, with its distinctive opening and an optimistic lyrical melody it goes into a more uptempo electro-infused beat that contrasts the more dream-like tracks.
Some may consider the album slightly repetitive, but further listening defines the differences. (CD)
