Free dog obedience classes

Free dog obedience classes

City of Sydney is continuing its very popular free dog obedience classes for residents living in Sydney’s CBD and inner city suburbs.

The classes will start on Saturday 28 February and run each Saturday for six weeks through to 11 April. The classes will be held in Sydney Park, St Peters; Harmony Park, Surry Hills; Rushcutters Bay Park, Rushcutters Bay and Federal Park, Glebe.

Basic dog obedience training classes will teach dogs to sit, come when called, stay, drop to the ground, walk on leash without pulling and socialise with other dogs.

Intermediate classes will also be offered for dogs that have previously undergone training to help them perform commands around distractions such as other dogs and crowds.

To book a place phone City of Sydney on 9265 9333 or email council@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.
