Frasers signs off CUB cash for RWA

Before Robert Domm resigned as CEO of the Redfern Waterloo Authority (RWA) he signed an agreement for payment of the Affordable Housing Contribution from the old Carlton United Brewery site on Broadway to the RWA.
The agreement will deliver $6 million a year for five years plus a residue payment. While the RWA Legislation had appropriated the funds for the Redfern Waterloo Authority, the new Voluntary Planning Agreement means the RWA will receive funds in a predictable manner irrespective of the pace of the Frasers Property development.
