EVENT: FIFTIES FAIR

Hey there all you boys and girls, the annual Fifties Fair is in town! So hop-along to Rose Seidler House on Sunday August 23 to relive the fabulous 50s – or experience them for the first time. It’s gonna be a blast! Now in its 15th year, the fair will feature iconic 50s music, vintage shopping, vehicle displays, scrumptious food and plenty of interactive activities to help you get into the swing of things. Dress to impress in your hippest 50s get-up for the fab fashion awards, learn to Jitterbug, step into the beauty parlour or give those hips a work out with the hula hoop. Kids will be kept entertained by street theatre, dancing lessons, cool craft and more. Plus, the historic Rose Seidler House will be open all day for you to explore. So, don’t be a party pooper – head back to the 50s and make the scene. It’ll be swell … you dig?
