The passionate dance fusion performance, Ballet Revolución, returns to Sydney in May 2023. The show comprises a blend of dance styles ranging from ballet to contemporary dance, hip-hop and Cuban passion. All dances are energetically performed to trending songs by artists such as Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Adele, Daft Punk, and Justin Timberlake.

The performance will feature the work of leading Australian choreographer Aaron Cash and Cuban choreographer Roclan Gonzalez Chavez. Together, they have collaborated to blend various contemporary styles with ballet and salsa, producing a new raw and unique performance.

Featured in the show are sensational moves from ballet and street dance genres. These include breathtaking twists, daring jumps and other acrobatic techniques performed by professional dancers. The showcased dancers have been trained at one of the world’s most prestigious dance institutions in Cuba. At this academy, the meaning of dance is “life” and is strongly endorsed and promoted to the wider community. Fans are drawn to the Cuban dancers’ exuberant energy and joyous outlook on life.
