Controversial former Waverley mayor, Robert James Markham, is set to appear at the Downing Centre on July 2 to answer charges of soliciting the murder of a male escort.
Meanwhile, A Current Affair reporter Ben Fordham and producer Andy Byrne are due in court on July 14, after an adjournment. The duo face charges of concealing a serious crime and of breaching the Listening Devices Act in an undercover report involving Mr Markham, which aired last May.
