Councillor trials tea and toast mornings

Claiming that people had become ‘anaesthetised’ by Council’s ‘stage-managed consultation process’, Liberal Councillor Shayne Mallard is trialling informal tea and toast mornings at Maggie’s restaurant off Fitzroy Gardens in Kings Cross.

Cr Mallard, who lives in Woolloomooloo, welcomes residents to talk about any local or council issues.

You can share your tea, coffee, toast and/or breakfast with Cr Mallard between 8’9am on Wednesdays until the end of February.
