Council reconvenes for 2009
City of Sydney Councillors are approaching the end of their Christmas break and will hold their first public meetings on Monday 16 February.
These will be committee meetings at which the public may speak, after registering to do so. Final decisions are made a week later at a full Council meeting at which public input is not allowed.
This meeting schedule repeats at three-weekly intervals during the year. Times, agendas and background papers are available at cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/Council.
A public forum about Pyrmont’s new park on the ex-Water Police site will be held on Thursday 26 February, 6.30pm at the Pymont Community Centre.
