Correction

Photos of NAIDOC Week dancers in last week’s edition were incorrectly captioned. Both the cover photo and the top photo on page three showed performers from the Redfern Community Centre Aboriginal Women and Girls Dancers; The smaller photo showed performers from the Cook Islands School of Language, Culture and Arts.

The women and girls from the Redfern Community Centre dancers looked magnificent and danced beautifully
Pacific Island culture got a showing with sinuous dance moves from the Cook Island group of dancers backed by a syncopating percussion and drum ensemble
