Whether a narcissistic compulsion, a love of rhyming, or a genuine appreciation of their scrumptious offerings, Bill Bailey prefers dining at Bills, in Surry Hills. As anyone who’s dined there will agree, to do brunch at Bills is a rite of passage when visiting Sydney. Their scrambled eggs are arguably the creamiest (and also most fluffy) available and their extensive dessert menu, including renowned ricotta hotcakes, is the sweet stuff of legend.
