BEST NOODLES: Dondon, Darlinghurst
It’s easy to forget about Dondon, small and unobtrusive as it is. But, like a missing $2 coin, this just makes rediscovering it all the sweeter. Offering generous and cheap bowls of simple but delicious Japanese cuisine and almost suspiciously enthusiastic service, Dondon is well worth the short wait it occasionally takes to get in.
