Their gin is made in a distillery pot-still that is affectionately known as ‘Miss Pottsy’, which is located in the heart of the historical venue for everyone to see. The venue has previously taken the form of a 1960s speakeasy, an illegal gambling den and an adult bookstore with a hidden vault. In fact, the rich and risqué history of Kings Cross and Sydney’s surrounds are an inspiration behind the creation of Kings Cross Distillery’s popular vapour-infused gins.
