Hair on Darling is the name of the always busy Balmain hairdressing salon that is run by Greek sisters Georgia Poniris and Flora Di Girolamo.

These two hair magicians have been coiffing and colouring the hair of Balmain residents for 20 years and they are so well-regarded that even when residents move to places such as the Blue Mountains, they still return to Hair on Darling for their cuts and colour.
