FUNDRAISER EVENT: OPERA & ARTS SUPPORT GROUP

Since 1991 the Opera & Arts Support Group has been assisting young opera singers and musical theatre performers to develop their expertise and reach their artistic potentials. Providing financial aid for them to further their studies within Australia and overseas or the develop new productions, they are an invaluable support base for young singers.

On November 28 they will host a Musical Theatre Extravaganza to raise funds for the cause. Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner and be entertained by stars of musical theatre and cabaret including Peter Cousens, Amelia Cormack, James Millar, Margi de Ferranti, Sean Rennie, Glen Hill, Tony Farrell, the Graduating Year from WAAPA, Melle Stewart and Barry Crocker.

The Musical Theatre Extravaganza will be in the Australian Hall, Level 1, 150 Elizabeth Street. Tickets are $70 and bookings are essential (9386 5305 or oasg@bigpond.net.au).
