Wil Anderson – Wiluminati

Wil Anderson – Wiluminati

Funny, inspiring and tackling the serious issues, Wil Andersen has a jammed-packed year ahead of him. He is returning to Sydney with his last show from the Wiluminati tour.

“With comedy tours, it is always good to have structure and an end point,” Anderson says. “This allows me to explore new ideas and immerse myself with each audience. I’m very excited to end the tour at the Sydney Opera House at the Concert Hall.”

Not only that, he will be embarking on his 20th Comedy Festival, opening a new comedy tour; Free Wil kicking off at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, to recording another season of Gruen, and in between recording podcasts for Wilosophy and TOFOP.

Anderson’s Wilumanti has had sold out shows nationally and internationally, won awards and received a standing ovation at the invite only Just For Laughs event in Montreal.

“Taking the year off to focus on comedy has helped me redefine and refresh my work,” Anderson explains. “And I am very fortunate to have played at the Melbourne Comedy Festival every year for the past 20 years. It is my constant and an event that is always in my diary.”
