Sydney lights the tree
Sydney residents welcomed the beginning of the Christmas season last Thursday with a children’s concert and tree lighting ceremony at Martin Place and Hyde Park in the City. Santa made an appearance shortly before the tree was lit and the skies painted with fireworks.
