Oprah Winfrey is set to return to Sydney for the first time in ten years this December.
The television icon will return to Australian shores as part of her “In Conversation” tour across Australia and New Zealand.
With just four stops on the Australian leg of the tour, Sydney is lucky to be included again.

In 2015 Oprah Winfrey finished her “An Evening With Oprah” tour in a powerful night of conversation at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney’s Olympic Park.
This December she will return, this time at the International Convention Centre in the heart of the city.
The event “offers a rare opportunity to hear firsthand from the media trailblazer in a moderated conversation” event organisers say.
“From the power of authenticity to the necessity of resilience, Oprah’s reflections will resonate with anyone seeking purpose, inspiration, or a spark to reimagine their own path.”
Oprah has had many trips to Australia over the years, including her iconic 2010 trip where she brought 310 audience members with her for an eight day trip to film four episodes for the “Oprah’s Ultimate Australian Adventure” special.
And the iconic television star is excited to return again.
“One of the things I have always enjoyed is sitting down for real, honest, enlightening conversations, and this experience is all about that,” said Oprah Winfrey.
“The energy, warmth, and spirit I feel in Australia and New Zealand have stayed with me, and returning will be an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and be reinspired—together. I look forward to sharing stories, ideas, and meaningful connection about what’s possible in our lives moving forward.”
This time the Oprah In Conversation tour will commence in Sydney on December 4 before heading to Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne before concluding in Auckland on Sunday December 14.
