With free entertainment and an expanded array of food options, it’s worth visiting, even if you’re not eagerly clutching a show ticket. The main attraction in the dining arena is The Double Down Diner, a collaboration between Porteño and Gelato Messina, boasting a standout smoked wagyu Philly cheese steak sanger. You’ll also find The Cheesesmith turning out cheese boards with accompaniments and tasting notes. It is suggested you accompany their perfectly ripe Brillat Savarin with Champagne, and with a Laurent-Perrier Bar on-site, it’s easy to oblige! Their signature Cuvée Rosé pink tent is the place to find the full range of Laurent-Perrier Champagnes, including a $29 piccolo option if you’d like a taste of the high life without blowing the budget.
