Bondi barefoot soft sand run

The 5th annual Bondi barefoot fun run at 9am on Sunday, May 4 will feature three distances ‘ 4km, 10km and a final barefoot bolt, knockout style beach sprint over 70metres.

To join the fun, enter online or download an entry form to enter by post. Cost is $35 but limited late entries are accepted on the day at a cost of $40. Competitors are issued with a running singlet, with a different colour allocated for the 4K and the 10K events.
 
It’s great fun and there are fab prizes.
 
The Bondi Bolt sprint elimination event is a spectator favourite, topping off the day after the 4K and 10K events.

Bondi Barefoot was first run in 2003 and is now one of Australia’s most unique running events, attracting more than 350 runners last year and growing in popularity.
