Every Sunday between 9 and 3 (get in early though!) the Addison Road Community Centre is overrun with a bounty of market stalls. As you walk in, The Stirrup Café is a popular first stop for a good, hot cup. The choice of what to eat is a little less straight forward. With an overwhelming array of international food stalls ranging from a good ole bacon and  egg roll to tasty corn fritters, the freshest pasta in Sydney and freshly baked breads and sweets. Stallholders sell a variety of handmade and artisan wares, plants and farm fresh fruit and veg. In the heart of it all, Marrickville icon Reverse Garbage is a shrine to turning trash into treasure.
