A Really Epic lineup
One thing you can say about Leichhardt’s annual band competition is that it certainly doesn’t suffer from any ambiguity. Celebrating its fifth year in 2010, ‘Something Really Epic’ has built a reputation of living up to its name, and now ranks as Leichhardt’s premier all-ages battle-of-the-bands event.
This year’s lineup includes the likes of Cake or Death, Aluminize, Hyperealism, Edge of the Earth, Kill Appeal, The Disadvantaged and Without Reason. As in previous years, the winner will be judged by audience ballot.
Something Really Epic V runs between 7 and 11pm on Friday, December 3, at Leichhardt Town Hall. Entry is $10; drugs and alcohol are prohibited.
